Spots are limited to 39 participants, first-come, first-served. Minimum donation is $30, with the option to give more to support the MTAS Boosters if you want. Come sweat, smile, and support the MTAS community in Mr. D's other home studio.
Age-based waiver requirements apply. Note that the minimum age is 14, and anyone aged 14-15 would need to be accompanied by a parent who remains on-site. See required studio policies and waiver information in Item description.
Each participant needs to submit the form and pay separately. Please do not change the quantity to anything other than 1.
We will confirm your registration via email after we receive your payment. If we reach the class size limit, you will be added to our Wait List. Anyone still on Wait List who does not get a spot in class will receive a refund. Email us at [email protected] with any questions.
Orangetheory Fitness Donation
This high‑energy workout is open to all MTAS students and their families. Spots are limited to 39 participants, first‑come, first‑served as payment is received.
Each participant needs to submit the form and pay separately. Please do not change the quantity to anything other than 1.
Anyone who is 18 and up will have a digital Client Intake Form, Waiver and Release sent to the email you provide. You will need to complete that prior to arriving at 12:30pm.
Anyone under 18 will need to complete a paper form that has parent/guardian signature . Those will be handed out in the classroom and students should plan to bring that with them to OTF. Students age 14-15 must have a parent accompanying them and staying inside the building if they wish to take the class.
The class itself will run from 1-2pm. 12:30-1:00pm will be the onboarding process.
